About CSQ:

Our musicians are very experienced at playing for weddings, receptions, and other events.  We have played together for over ten years, and were trained at the world renowned Indiana University School of Music.  All of us have been or are currently faculty members of schools including Columbus State University (GA), Purdue University, IUPUI, Anderson University, Earlham College, Eastern Illinois University, and have been graduate assistants in music at Indiana University.  Our members have played with groups ranging from the Indianapolis Symphony, to the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, to the back-up orchestras of Led Zeppelin, and the Moody Blues.

In addition to our musical skills, we also pride ourselves on our skills as a small business operators.  We provide excellent service to our clients and give careful attention to details.  We are attentive to our client's questions, and answer phone calls and emails promptly.  For our wedding clients, we have developed a wedding checklist that ensures that every detail of your special day is covered.

Our name, Carrollton String Quartet, comes from Carrollton Avenue, which runs north and south from downtown Indianapolis to the far north side.  Two of the founders of the quartet, siblings Nana and Andre, grew up on the 103rd block of Carrollton Avenue.
