To contact us, please email Nana Gaskins Vaughn at nana@indyquartet.com.   Once you have contacted us, we will send you a package containing our sample tape, brochure, and contract.  Your date and time will be held in reserve for 3 weeks, beginning the day the contract is mailed to you.   If you decide CSQ is exactly what you want for your event, complete and return one copy of the contract with a $100 non-refundable deposit to Nana Gaskins Vaughn.  However, if we have not received your contract and deposit after 3 weeks time, the date will be re-opened to other inquiries.  Your final payment will be due 1 week prior to the event.  You may send us a check, or pay instantly with your credit or debit card by following the link below.  There is a 3% convenience charge added to all Paypal payments.  (For ex, if you owe $500, multiply the amount times .03.  Add that to your total, to make $515.)
